Sparkle With Grace Shop Policies

  1. Order placement policy: All orders must be placed through my website ( or the Sparkle With Grace order form which can be found HERE. Once an order is placed, Sparkle With Grace will contact you within 24 hours with any further questions. If using the order form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided and must be paid prior to work starting on your order. Invoices and price quotes are only valid for 30 days. Custom orders are accepted however once work has begun on your order, cancellations may not be made.
  2. Payment policy for custom orders: Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed before work begins with your order. Sparkle With Grace will invoice through PayPal to the email address supplied on the order form within 24 hours of an order been placed. Once payment is received, Sparkle With Grace will begin work on your order! This shop accepts credit card, PayPal balance, and cash only. Sorry, we can’t accept personal checks even on local orders.
  1. Timeframe policy: We strive to complete all orders within five business days once payment is made in full. We take pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it – so please understand that custom orders may require a slightly longer turnaround time.
  2. Rush order policy: any order requested to be complete and delivered in less than five business days is considered a rush order. A 10% rush order fee, based on the purchase price, will be added to all rush orders. The customer is financially responsible for all rush shipping fees as well.
  3. Pick up policy: This shop allows for local customers to pick up their orders. If you are picking up your order please email or call first to arrange pick up.
  4. Return and refund policy: No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders or digital downloads. No exceptions. In stock items (non-custom orders) can be returned in their original condition and packaging within seven days for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
  5. Supply policy: Customers ordering custom shirts and apparel items must provide the exact items to Sparkle With Grace for customization. Items can be shipped directly to Sparkle With Grace. The customer also has the option to research and find the exact item to be customized and provide a link to Sparkle With Grace. The price of the ordered items plus a processing fee will be included in the final price.
  6. Bulk Discount Policy: Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than two dozen is considered bulk. In order to be eligible for a 10% bulk order discount, all items in the order must be placed at the same time and must be exactly the same in design, color, and size. The only exception is on single letter monogram as long as the size and color of each is the same.
